About

The Center for Design Innovation is an inter- institutional research center of the University of North Carolina. The goal is to promote economic development by supporting the growth of creative enterprises. Collaborators conduct design-based research and educational programs related to digital media technologies. Founding partners include the UNC School of the Arts, Winston-Salem State University and Forsyth Technical Community College. Wake Forest University and other schools are also involved, as are businesses throughout the Piedmont Triad.
