Turnstone Video Agency is a Winston-Salem-based video strategy and production company, formerly known as Twin City Media. Since 2013, we’ve helped businesses, universities, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and growing teams use video to communicate clearly and move people to action.

Our process starts with the job the video needs to accomplish: who it needs to reach, what they need to understand, and what they should do next. From strategy and creative direction through production and editing, our work is built around a simple framework: Engage. Inform. Convert.

Turnstone has partnered with organizations including Wake Forest Baptist Advocate Health, The Budd Group, First Horizon Bank, and Forsyth Tech. 

We’re based in downtown Winston-Salem and work with organizations throughout North Carolina and beyond.
